Social Development
Social Development is a key department of the Whitefish Lake Band. Involved with helping clients with job search and funding for employment - related programs, it also provides essentials in times of emergency for many of the band's community members. By providing job training and equipment, Social Development has helped countless members find employment both in and out of the community.
Carla Gladue - Social Developement Director
Carla has been working in Social Development for 8 years and is now the director of the department. She works toward using her position and resources to make sure our members are able to find meaningful employment and the training necessary to find those jobs. We hope she continues to work her hardest for our community.
